NeuBecalm'd is a nutritional supplement that provides the brain with
targeted nutrients which aid in balancing the neurotransmitters: dopamine,
norepinephrine, serotonin, GABA and enkephalins (opioids).
Scientific studies are continuing to verify that certain problems such
as mental and emotional focus or substance abuse may be caused by an imbalance
of neurotransmitters in the brain. While there is still disagreement over
the best way to bring balance to these various neurochemical messengers,
almost everyone agrees that the neurotransmitters in the brain are often
altered or depleted for any number of reasons: genetics, diet, illness,
digestive problems, stress or trauma, the prolonged use of certain medications
or external chemicals, etc.
Most scientists agree that the more stress we experience, the more neurotransmitters
our brain requires. Therefore, as shortages and imbalances occur, depression,

Neu-Becalm'd is a vitamin, mineral and amino acid formulation that will

How NeuBecalm'd Works
One of the reasons NeuBecalm'd works so well is the synergism of the
ingredients. The amino acids actually provide the nutritional support necessary
to rebuild the brain chemistry that promotes increased mental function
and a higher level of stress management. The vitamin and mineral enzymes
in the formula are vital for proper absorption.
In addition to l-phenylalanine, which builds both dopamine and norepinepherine,
and 5-HTP which builds serotonin, l-glutamine helps build GABA. Gamma Amino
Butyric Acid (GABA) is the major calming neurotransmitter in our brain
and accounts for almost 40% of all neurotransmitters in the brain. D-phenylalanine
works to slow down the destruction of opioids. This increases internal
calm and provides a sense of well being.
Directions for use:
Take 30 minutes or more before meals.
Adults and children over 80 lbs. should take one serving (two capsules)
up to three times per day.
Children 40 - 60 lbs. should take one serving (two capsules) one time
per day.
Children 60 - 80 lbs. should take one serving (two capsules) two times
per day.
Precautions:
Should not be taken with Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs), antipsychotic
medications or for panic disorders. Should not be used by pregnant or lactating
women. Should not be taken by phenylketonurics (PKU). This product is not
intended to take the place of prescription medications. Anyone taking medications
should consult a doctor before using any product.
